Long Term Management
- • Weekly inspections of each property.

- • Maintenance provided for all properties as needed with notification of required services accompanied with competitive bids prior to work performed.
- • Licensed contractors only for all major repairs.
- • No charge for minor repairs and maintenance ie: water heaters regulated, light bulbs changed, home theater equipment and remote adjustments.
- • Hot tubs maintained for $50 per month.
- • Keys and locks closely monitored.
